"It all starts with those first basic steps and soon becomes an adventure of a life time." -John Stanton Running Room in-store training programs are ideal for those women who wish to take a training program at any of the store locations while experiencing the support of the instructor and other training program participants. Don't run by yourself - join the group, it is a great experience! Come to the store with your running gear on. After an instructional talk, the group goes out for the scheduled walk or run, rain or shine. Don't forget your water! This program follows the training program with needs of the female athlete. Join us for this unique training experience with women's health and wellness in mind. Sign up at your local Running Room store! The cost to join the program is only $49.99. Run Club - Free Weekly Runs Join the Running Room for weekly runs/walks from all Running Room locations on Wednesday at 6:00 PM and Sundays at 8:00 AM. The Run Club is absolutely open to all runners and walkers as they send out multiple groups under the leadership of pace group leaders. You can take advantage of running or walking with a group and meet new friends. Join the Running Room for the fun and motivation - and it's FREE!

Moms On The Run is about Fitness, Fun & Friendship! All ages and fitness levels are welcome to join us as we train this spring and summer for a Half Marathon or 5k.
