Expo Hours:

Friday, November 2 - 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, November 3 - 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Race participants must visit the Expo to pick up their race number, timing tag, T-shirt and goodie bag.

Expo Location and Parking:

The 2012 two-day Health & Fitness Expo will be held at the Doubletree Paradise Valley Resort located at 5401 N. Scottsdale Road.

Goodie Bag, Race Number and Timing Tag pick-up take place during the expo.

PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED TO PICK UP YOUR RACE NUMBER AND TIMING TAG AT THE EXPO.

Race numbers, timing tags, goodie bags and t-shirts must be picked up at the Expo; they cannot be mailed and will not be available for pick-up on race day.

If you need to have someone else pick up your race packet, you must complete the following steps:

1. Download the 2012 Packet Pick-Up Authorization Form.
2. Complete, sign and notarize the Packet Pick-Up Authorization Form.
3. Give the completed Packet Pick-Up Authorization form, your signed Event Confirmation/Waiver and a copy of your photo ID to the individual who will pick up your race packet.
4. At the Expo, the person picking up your race packet presents the completed and notarized Packet Pick-Up Authorization Form, your signed Event Confirmation/Waiver (signed by the participant) and a copy of your photo ID to the registration area.
